Welcome to Hotel Rudraksh Club Resort. By making a reservation, using our services, or staying at our property, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservation & Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• The resort reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking without prior notice in exceptional circumstances.
• Rates are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 12:00 PM onwards.
• Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

3. Payment Policy

• Payments can be made via Cash, UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Transfer.
• Full payment must be completed before check-out.
• Applicable GST and taxes will be charged as per government regulations.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation made 7 days before arrival may be eligible for a refund after deduction of processing charges.
• Cancellation within 7 days of arrival may attract cancellation charges.
• No refund will be provided for no-shows or early departures.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-15 working days.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other guests and staff.
• Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• Disturbing other guests through excessive noise or misconduct may result in eviction without refund.

6. Damage to Property

• Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.
• The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.

7. Swimming Pool & Resort Facilities

• Use of swimming pool and recreational facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
• Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
• The resort shall not be liable for accidents resulting from negligence or misuse of facilities.

8. Food & Beverage Policy

• Outside food and beverages may not be permitted inside designated resort areas.
• The management reserves the right to refuse service if necessary.

9. Smoking & Alcohol

• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
• Consumption of alcohol must comply with local laws and resort regulations.

10. Liability Disclaimer

• The resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.
• Guests are advised to keep valuables secure.

11. Force Majeure

Hotel Rudraksh Club Resort shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

12. Amendments

The management reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
